Once weight has been stabilised it is important to realize that keeping active, avoiding old temptations, planning ahead and eating a balanced healthy diet is crucial for long term weight maintenance.

A good way of helping to maintain your new weight is by continuing to visit with your Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant and to include a daily Cambridge Weight Plan meal as part of your long term healthy eating strategy.
