This weight loss programme adds more selected conventional food to the daily menu, whilst retaining a Cambridge Weight Plan meal for nutritional purposes. It is suitable for those who prefer to lose weight much more gradually.

What can you eat?

One Cambridge Weight Plan meal – this is essential plus a wide range of menu options. Speak to your Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant for more details.

Additional calorie allowances are made for snacks and desserts.

Use this step for:

  • Weight loss, use for as long as you need.
  • For working through the maintenance programme, you should use this step for two weeks.
