This weight loss programme adds more selected conventional food to your daily menu. It is suitable for those who prefer to lose weight more gradually, or those whose lifestyle makes it impossible to avoid conventional eating. It is also suitable for people on certain medications where a low (or very low) calorie diet would not be advised. This step can be followed for as long as you need.

  • Weight loss, use for as long as you need.
  • For working through the maintenance programme you should use this step for two weeks.
